We work directly with our clients and with the vendors and contractors that support our engagements, and we bill for services and expenses by invoice.

Messages are sent by Richard Stromback or by assistants (including automated assistants) acting on his behalf, one conversation at a time. Texts sent to these numbers may also be forwarded to the owner's own phone. We do not send marketing or bulk messages and do not use purchased lists.
How you opt in: We text you only after you agree, in one of two ways: (1) you text (646) 926-7115 or (248) 747-4275 first; or (2) before we send anything else, we text you one short consent question with these disclosures and wait for you to reply YES.
